  Staff was friendly and service was great. This store was the only one open in Bramalea City Centre on Saturday night which was still doing ear piercings, got both my ears pierced, bought 14k white gold earrings along with it, am happy with how it turned out!

  I just got a gift card but the person helping was great and saved me all kinds of frustration by giving me accurate directions in the mall. No thanks to the mall map! This is why friendly help brings back business. I'll go back especially now that l know how to get there! Lol

  Absolutely horrible!! I went there for my first time ever getting lashes done. The girl didn’t tell me anything about what to do. How to treat. What she was using. Literally told me where to lay, asked how I wanted my lashes and that was it. They hurt me for a while, charged me 160-170$ and whatever that’s not my issue exactly. When my mom went she spent OVER 200$ for less lashes than I got. And she did get them done by someone else but why should that make a difference. My moms lashes fell out so quickly and basically wasted her money. We both didn’t enjoy our experience at all and will NEVER EVER. Come back to this place in my life.

  Had my brows done .. microblading.... by Marcie at BCC in June 2017. Absolutely LOVE the results. To give a scenario .. I'm 57 and over plucked my brows in my early 20s. I haven't had to pluck my brows ever .. had baby blonds waxed around the area but never the brow. The procedure went fine and the healing process was exactly as Marcie had explained and also in the written home care. I must admit that after so many years of thin brows then the first few days of having brows was a bit shocking but you do get used to seeing them and loving.them. and they do "reduce" as the healing process goes on. But ladies follow the instructions and you'll be fine. This is a must. My brows have added a balance to my face and my makeup just looks overall better. SO HAPPY.
