  The salon has a great atmosphere, but sometimes the employees and clients make a lot of noice when they are finished with their appointment.

  I'm a regular client here and this place is great so I wont give it a 1 star and I love the staff but I was visiting on Thursday evening and over heard a receptionist bullying another receptionist saying the most awful things to her I was lost for words. She called her fat , dumb and told her to get lost. Everyone there is always so polite and kind I was in a state of shock of how that poor girl was being treated. I hope they see this review and do something about it.

  I have been a regular customer of Yasmin's for years. She is the only reason I visit this particular salon, and has always been kind, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I wish she was available more during the day (but am happy to see her whenever she is available!).....I highly recommend both her massages and facials! She truly is amazing.

  Aside from this, the massage therapist named Yasmin is pretty good at relaxing your muscle and opening up your pressure points. I would recommend her over others such as Maya.

  I was very disappointment with my appointment today. I normally don’t do these type of things and write a review but I hope the manger does look at these reviews and try to make things better. I came to hanhs spa for the second time because I came a year ago I remember I had a good massage .. but I don’t know what change over the year but as soon as I walked in I felt so uncomfortable. The Lady at the front desk was back talking to another lady that was working there was very unprofessional. Then when my rmt came to get me for my massage I just got a hi with no smile or nothing. To me I felt like she didn’t want to be there and she was annoyed by being there. Like I work in customer service and even if your having a bad day you have to learn to put a smile on and go on with the day . I told her to go alittle harder and she just jump down my throat and said I’ll get to it after, but her pressure never change. I was just really shock with everyone’s attitude there and how unprofessional they where. You would think if a client was coming back to you for the second time you would be alittle more polite and make sure that the service I was getting I felt good to me. Since I am paying for this service. Anyways I am just looking for someone that really knows how to massage me and actually cares I don’t have benefits so this money comes out of my own pocket. I don’t mine paying extra for a rmt but really be more professional and make your client feel comfortable.
