  I've been going to this place for 17 years & recommend it to my friends always. I love that it is locally owned & operated. The value is good. I don't expect a fully detailed vehicle if I didn't buy the full detail package. I expect to get what I paid for & I feel they deliver on that. Thank you to all the staff - I can tell they all appreciate my business.

  I went to In N Out recently to have my car washed and detailed. The service was fast and the interior was cleaned ok. The exterior of my car was still dirty in many spots which I had to go over with the attendant but he was very agreeable to wiping them down again with cleaner and a rag.

  I've had a very bad experience here today. My car was there at 9am for detailing. At 2pm I go to pick it up but the outside was not even washed. They then wanted me to join the long line of cars to go through the wash! I could not wait and was given a $15 voucher - but I paid $157 for a service that I did not receive. I waited for a dayoff without my kids to get this done and now I'm still driving a dirty car and I'll have to return some other time and still wait in line.

  They have good and friendly staff, there are many options you can choose from. I think you should follow up while they are cleaning your car so you do not forget something or find some uncleaned spots

  If you drive a low end car forget it. You are better off at a coin wash doing it yourself.

  I think it is better to avoid the holidays because they are usually busy and there will be a lot of cars and less staff
