  I always order flowers for my mom from Heart Lake Flowers. Their bouquets are very modern & elegant with the most gorgeous flowers. Pricing is reasonable and their designer is very flexible with a "can do" attitude. They are very creative, have warmth and level of service that you won't find in other florists.

  We have been customers of Heart Lake Flowers for many, many years. This past week we purchased two arrangements for our mother's funeral service. We met with Karen who listened to our needs as well as offered suggestions to create floral tributes suitable for our mother. When we attended the visitation, we were stunned by the beautiful work of Heart Lake Flowers. We had so many compliments and people asking us where we got them. They were quite literally the most beautiful flowers in the room. Karen and Heart Lake Flowers have never, ever let us down.   Best place to order flowers for any special occasion. I got flower arrangement done for my sister's wedding. Karen provided excellent customer service. I am very pleased with her service.

  Do not order flowers from this florist! Delivery and customer service was a nightmare. Customer service rep was not empathetic, especially as these were a suprise delivery. My fiance bought me flowers as a suprise and we needed to change the delivery location and time as I could not be home in time for.the delivery. She was very rude and made me feel as if I was inconveniencing her. I would not ever order from them or suggest that anyone else does!
