  Upon arriving at the Delta location I had 3 employees approach me to offer me their service. They told me Home hardware is supposed to accept and tint all Beautitone paints no matter where they are purchased. I am not impressed by the Hansen location and now will only go to Delta who excels in customer service.

  If I could rate negative 5 I would. We went to this location because it is 5 minutes away from our home to get paint I had purchased at another location tinted today (Buy now tint later). An old lady told me flat out that I had to go back to the place I purchased the paint (Delta Park location which is over 25 minutes away) I even offered to pay for the tint but she refused. We were going to buy a whole lot of stuff to renovate 3 full washrooms amongst other stuff. Hansen not only lost the sale but also a client. Service is very poor considering no other customers around.

  I see a lot of negative feedback here, however I went the other day and had a great experience. I walked in and was warmly welcomed by 3 employees who promptly asked me (without being pushy) if there's anything they can help me with. I asked for where a product was and they kindly showed me while telling me the differences between the different models. When I got to the cashier, she was so nice and friendly. Very personable and had a very nice conversation. She went above and beyond to help my family while shopping there. I had a very good shopping experience and would recommend shopping there. I never had an issues with my held items not being there when I come to pick it up.

  went to buy a sand block to sand my drywall. there was hardly no customers inside. the old lady was very friendly and helpful to find what i needed. i had tons of questions about my basement project. she took her time to answer all my questions. she could have up sold me some items i needed for later days but she was not pushy in making more sales. cashier was nice to say hi at first when she saw me and thanked me when i left. if in the future i dont get the same friendly customer service i will come back here and change my review but for now they deserve big 5 start.
