  I've always been able to find what I need when I go to this location. My only hope is that their floor customer service improves. I find it difficult to find one and then half the time they have to find another representative to help because they aren't sure how to help.

  I did find what I was looking for however the staff at this location aren’t fully with it. I really love Lowes and feel it is far better than Home Depot for not just its quality in products but also its customer service. This location wasn’t the greatest. Please people, do not be put off with Lowes.. just this location. I spend in the excess of 100k a year at Lowes (other locations obviously) this one is just a dud.

  I wish I could choose zero stars for this place. My husband was coming from out of town and sharing a ride with some people, I was few minutes late in getting there so my husband decided to go inside the store since it was -14 degrees . As soon as he goes in I get there so he tried to come outside , and was stopped by an employee and asked to come inside. When asked the reason , employee says “we have some proof against you” . My husband went inside they checked his bags and without apologizing said “ok you can leave”. Then my husband asked to speak to the manager, she came and apologized on employees behalf. And when he repeatedly asked for the “proof “that the employee had, she said we can’t show it to you.it was the worst experience for us. This was so uncalled for. They had some “proof” which they can’t show you.but they can treat you like a thief without showing you the proof.

  How the stories of rude customer service people rings tone with my experiences at this location. The staff acts as if you should be grateful to wait for their service. I am not sure if their trying to sabotage the online pickup, but I have never seen a worse customer service team. I have had two bad experiences at this store in the past and the review today made me think this is a internal problem with certain staff that should be addressed and the employees that work here should realize the customer is always right and to treat them with respect or not be in the customer service department. I also will not go back to this location or support any business that does not treat their customers with the highest respect and ensure the customer is happy and wanting to come back. Shame on this poor miserable,, unprofessional staff that should never work in customer service and Lowes for having these associates at front of store.

  I just bought blinds today from Lowe's North Brampton. Now I've had terrible prior experiences from going to Home Depot, not being able to find help when needed or the help not being adequate. This was my first time at a Lowe's and I would come back here. I was helped by Sherry in the Blinds section and as this was my first time buying blinds, she walked me through everything I needed to be aware of and was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. Now I cannot vouch for all employees here as I didn't interact with anyone else but because Sherry was that helpful, I will be returning to this store for all my future needs (until someone gives me a reason not to!). Hoping someone from Lowe's recognizes her as an employee as these types of employees don't come around often. On a side note, I didn't receive the blinds yet (3 weeks), I'm only commenting on the helpfulness of Sherry as she went above and beyond to assist me. If anyone needs blinds, definitely go to Sherry at Lowe's North Brampton.
