    I called them , to get my prescription transfer from rexall around 12:30 and I was told that It took about two hours. At 04:00 pm when i went to pick up my medications, it was not ready.On duty pharmacy technician Sudhir, rudely answered me that I just received the fax. When I request him to fill my rx , i was given one more hour. On duty Pharmacy Technician Sudhir was literally lying and no knowledge of customer service. I am just wondering how come Costco hire this pharmacy technician who does not deserve any type of customer service job. Never ever visit in future...

    Made me wait over 20 mins from when I was supposed to pick up meds. Said they were under staffed but then the should have gave me a different pick up time. Roughly 10 people picked up their meds and left ahead of me even though I was here first so don’t understand how they are under staffed. Someone came out once and asked me a unnecessary question about my health, seeing as how the doctor prescribes the medication. Overall not impressed.
