  This is my favourite Ocean's in the area. The hot food counter is the best. The servers there are for the most part friendly and very courteous. The prices for groceries and items not normally found in North America is incredible. Oceans over-all is a great grocery chain at the same level as T&T Supermarkets.

  I really enjoy shopping here. The prices are good. Produce is always fresh and the price is always right. Several products on sale here and lots of great food at the hot plate section. I would highly recommend shopping here because it's fairly quiet at times but when it's busy, it's fast because there are a lot of Cashiers.❤️

  More than half of the Oceans employees don't speak ENGLISH. It;s frustrating when you ask the employees a question you get a head shake and no, no. ALL EMPLOYEES WORKING IN THE SUPERMARKET PLACE SHOULD BE ABLE TO SPEAK OUR ENGLISH LANGUAGE. THIS IS CANADA. I'VE ALSO SEEN A FEMALE EMPLOYEE USING THE WASHROOM AND DIDN'T EVEN WASH HER HANDS AFTER USING THE TOILET AND SHE WORKS IN THE BAKERY DEPARTMENT HOW DISGUSTING IS THAT. LADIES WORKING THE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK ARE VERY RUDE AT TIMES TO CUSTOMERS. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SKILLS AT ALL.

  The service can be a bit better, sometimes the ladies are a bit more aggressive than would be expected - but that can be easily over looked.

  Good and fresh produce and meat selection. Good prices. Lines at cashier are too long. Evenings and weekends it's always too long and slow.

  With a 6.99 + tax lunch special, I don't think you can go wrong - the portion is huge!
