  For an after hours emergency clinic, this place is top notch! Their front desk staff are lovely, technicians seem highly skilled, and doctors, extremely knowledgeable. I've never been shown anything but compassion and understanding at this animal hospital and I'm so grateful to have them in my area! I had to bring my dog to them this past week (thank god they're open during the holidays!) and I really appreciated how the young lady at the front desk would come out to inform us of what they were currently doing (in the treatment area) with my dog. It helped ease my mind and broke up the wait time, even though we don't have to wait very long. And the nurse really explained our medications to us really well and made sure we understood before we left. All in all, excellent service!

  Doc was really friendly, and at my first call the receptionist seem unfriendly (who wouldn't be bored working at 2AM!), but when we got there, she made us feel very welcome and was actually quite a nice person. We were assisted right away.

  Great Service and positive attitude. Everyone we dealt with was helpful, from our first phone conversation (our dog had just ate an entire chocolate bar) to the Doctor who made sure we had all the information we required once we went home.

  Doc performed an ultrasound on my cat, who ended up having crystals and he gave us some antibiotics, and some cat food to help prevent the crystals from worsening. Promised to forward the results to my current vet. With consultation, ultrasound performed, the doc seemed quite knowledgeable with his diagnosis and treatment plan, as well as everything provided was a decent price from what I was expecting. Considering it should be a premium charge for 24 hr service.

  Its never fun having to bring a fur baby here but EVC put at ease and made a tense situation better. We had to leave our guy here over night and they were clear in the procedure and upfront about the cost. We were seen within a decent amount of time and given time to talk about the situation. I just wish we were given a moment to give him some love before his stay before he was taken to the back. Overall fantastic place from the front desk to the staff (and big thanks to those overnight staff we didnt meet we're sure our guy loved you) to the vets, all great! The follow up calls were super appreciated.

  This emergency clinic is great! I have quite a few pets so I've had to take them here a few times and each time we've had wonderful service by very caring people. From the animal nurses to the receptionists to the vets, great, great, great! I've never had any complaints. Dr. Northlaunder is who we usually end up seeing and he explains things so well and is very calm and gentle. All my pets have always responded really well to him. All in all, if you have something urgent that can't wait until your vet opens, I'd highly recommend this place.
