  Our recent visit to BLS International Visa Center Canada, the Brampton office provided excellent service in obtaining a Tourist visa for India. The staff especially Shirly Mary Thomas was very courteous and knowledgeable in helping us.. great service- Thank you.

  You have to go here with a positive mind set. So put your ego aside and prepare yourself to have to wait. It took an hour and half start to finish. The office was busy as always, the staff kept things moving. I’d like to see a bigger space for the office and more

  After 3 visits , all the way from Pickering to Brampton, I got it right. Frustrating as the PROCESS may be and the need for precise, correct documentation one can never blame the front line Staff who are doing their best. Kudos to Minakshi Jain who saw me to the finish line with the best service. Thanks !

  We had got all the documents though online form required us to complete few details in ink, which was an oversight and staff was very helpful and patient to help us complete the form. Overall, we were in and out within 75 mins. Good job BLS!

  I am very happy the way things were quickly done and handled, best experience for the passport renewal. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Being a Saturday and many applicants queued up, the staff tried to handle them all with the focused and patient manner.

  Good experience. Went for OCI and Passport surrender. My number came in fast. The staff we dealt with was friendly and very helpful. She knew her job well. She gave us some suggestions too. Both Work done in an hour. Happy about it. The office however could be upgraded in terms of upkeep and toilet etc.
