  Overall this is a great bakery. I recommend the plain vanilla cake. However, when I got a cake for a new year and my friend anniversary they put a plastic clock on it. When we took the clock off it was just plain. We told the lady to put " happy anniversary "on top but she put " happy anniversary " on the side of the cake. Without asking me. Then, she didn't tell us that there were pieces which cannot be eaten! My friend almost chokes on eating one of those pieces. I could of give this bakery a 2 star but you have given me amazing cakes before. I hope this doesn't happen again.

  NUT FREE, EGG FREE! cakes and sweets. They have glutin Free cakes and pastries. Just come in and order. The cupcakes are available for walk in.

  This place serves some great quality cakes. If you are a vegetarian or have other dietary restrictions, this place might be one of best option you have for getting some quality cakes and desserts.

  I went to their Pertosa drive location and had very very bad experience and will never recommend anyone this location. Their staff is unprofessional , unethical who does not know anything about customer service. One of their employee she passed comment while passing by about me and when I confronted her why did you pass that comment she started arguing and defending herself. I asked for the manager and unfortunately I found out that she is the manager of store which upsets me more that they have such unethical ppl hired as manager coz if you have any concerns you talk to authoritative person but here she is the one who behaved badly and was totally unprofessional. She was so rude and was not even caring about other people around. I guess coz she is just an employee and does not care about brand or business. I would request the owner to look into this matter as if they will hire such employees and make them managers, they are definitely loosing business. Coz English speaking should not be the only criteria to hire employees, they should look for how they behave in certain situations which if you go to other named stores you will find it in their hiring process. Customers are paying you and they should get service what they paid for and they don't expect this kind of behavior or unprofessionalism.
