  They doesn't even know how to talk with people especially students so rude can't believe. We go there because of our GIC. I hardly visit that bank twice in a year oh my god it feels like they doesn't even know about customer service. Worst and Worst service never ever seen in India like that. I wish i would never ever visit that branch and i won't do any dealings with this bank in future. I don't even wanna give them any star because they don't deserve it.

  Worst experience with GIC from this bank. No customer service at all. You can always try to contact the customer care but they will keep you in queue for ages. There are only two branches. I am three hours away from brampton, worst experience ever.Please go for NOVA scotia for GIC.

  They dont know how to clear banking doubts. ICICI should close the bank and find some another work. There are lot of other jobs in canada :D

  Worst service ever. Very rude staff. Whenever we visit the bank they just say why are you not going online? Like their online service is too good

  Most F%#%ing bank of canada. I dont want to use abusive language But their beautiful services makes me to do so. If there is an option for no star in rating i love to hit on it.
