  I've dealt with this bank since 2011 and had nothing but issues from the start. They're unprofessional, don't return calls promptly and are always giving out

  incorrect information. I have a mortgage with them and will be switching to another bank as soon as it's up for renewal. Maybe if I was of East Indian decent I'd receive better treatment.

  If I could award negative stars I would. Terrible customer service! Opened new accounts during a bonus campaign to attract new clients, met all conditions and had to fight for almost one year to get them to give me my bonus!! From the time we signed up to times I went to the branch to complain, no one knew anything about anything!! Staff didn't respond to messages, including the branch manager! Had to go to the Ombudsman to get my money! Stay away, far away!

  We ran into a few hiccups with this Branch that causes us great amount of headache and having to argue with this particular Branch. But thankfully we came to a reasonable resolution as such we gonna change our score from 1 to 4.

  My family has a complex mortgage with each part of the family paying their share, National Bank has done a brilliant job for us. For my retirement savings, Russell has done better than I even thought possible in terms of setting it up while meeting my wife's and my risk profiles. Very professional, you can't do better in my experience.
