  Very rude and unprofessional people working there. My insurance company booked a premium rental car for me. But when I called enterprise, they said that they don't have any premium car available other than Impala. I asked them if they can arrange something in 2-3 days. He transferred my phone to the Manager (thats what he called himself). And that Manager told me that my insurance company will only cover basic cars, if I want a premium car then I have to pay the difference out of my pocket. When I checked with my insurance company I found that Enterprise was lying about everything. I ended up getting the car from another rental company. Avoid this corrupted place if u can.

  Assured Brampton arranged a car rental with Enterprise for me , while my car was in for repairs (that's another story). I returned the rental May 4th, 2017 and PAID the bill in full, for the rental! 4 MONTHS LATER, September 26, Enterprise added an additional charge to my VISA, without my consent. They told me I owed them more than what the had billed me for. My bank said some rental companies put a clause in their lease agreements that says they can bill you for any amount at a later date. (WHAT?). I am trying to get my money back. I would recommend that NO ONE uses either of these companies unless you want to be scammed.

  I have been on a month to month rental with this location since November 2015. My intial rental was an economy car but along the years, I was given free upgrades. I was going away for a 2 week vacation during the Christmas holiday, so I turned my car in before I left and the gentleman who attended to me said it was not going to affect my monthly rates. I got back 2 days ago and I was told by the manager that for an economy car, my rates have gone up by over $100. I asked him, if I did not turn my car in, will you not have done the rewrite like before, he said yes but the headquarters will flag in along the way. This manger is not the most polite person you want to be dealing with. Anyway, I left to the Avis rental a few blocks away and I was given an upgrade as a first time customer.

  Chris got me the car I wanted by coordinating with a close by dealer even though he didn't have an inventory list and wasn't part of his job. I had personal items that had to be transferred which he guarded by keeping the key for the pick up car in his pocket. He also called the next day to check if all was good. Had questions about an upgrade. This guy is a valuable employee. Unfortunately this company doesn't have much selection of winter tires

  I have been an Enterprise customer for years, but I am really impressed with this location. Easily reachable location, well stocked - knowledgeable and customer-friendly staff. I was struck by how they were all so happy. I rented a truck, and was attended to by the manager there (Dylan) - very efficient service, and highly recommended. Now my go-to place for rentals. And it is a real treat that they offer courtesy rides for local customers.
