  I called ahead to not waste time but for some reason was misinformed. I complained to corporate and they apologized for the sittuation thats why I gave 2 not 1 stars.

  I sent my husband to the store only for him to find none and to be told they only carry that size online.

  I had the BEST Old Navy service assistant I have ever spoken with at the Bramalea City Centre location! Her name was Jen :) She assisted my friend and I, not only to find the pants I was looking for, but even dismantled stacks and stacks of pants (to find my jean size), knowing full well her customer services skills were being used to bring personal well-being and happiness. Truly a servants heart. She also assisted me to get an exchange during my unfortunate mishap with my pants sizes! You are amazing Jen!!!! Keep up the good work! :)))))))))))))

  I called the store ahead of time to ask if they had any premie size baby clothing in store. I was placed on hold so they could check and after being placed on hold was told they had a good selection to choose from.
