    I am reducing my star rating as the after sales service was a nightmare for me . The delivery of the package when it came in the installation peoples were asking me to install the unit as they were running behind I said I paid for the installation and please make it happen and they said they should have cancelled this delivery as they are running behind

    FANTASTIC PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. I have furnished several houses in last 10 years and had bad experience for most part. Furnished my new house with Ashley Brampton almost a month ago and i would rate this as hands down BEST FURNITURE STORE IN GTA. People at store were great, delivery was earlier than they promised and delivery team itself did an amazing job with no damages. Definitely going back again to do business. Keep it up guys.

    Me and my family went to Ashley to look out for Black Friday deals and planned to finalize only the Black Friday but I ended up in making the deal due to the store environment

    It was very un pleasant experience .the experience we get at the sale is turned upside down in the delivery and the electrical wiring in the console was not connected when I asked them to do they said it should be at back and connect I could not find it still it’s not connected

    The sales said they will take back the packing with them but it was dumped in to our bins without getting it teared up hence I need to go and tear it up again

    I have had the worst experience ever with the Ashley Home Store in Brampton. I have been waiting for 10 days for my delivery since my purchase as there was no sooner date available from them. Yesterday my delivery finally arrived and there was damage and items missing from my purchase. I purchased a King side bed with Dresser and Chest and also purchased a single and double bed. When the King bed was being assembled the delivery person found out that 2 out of 3 support posts were missing from the packaging. The Dresser it self has damage on 3 different places where there are very visible white spots on the top of it. The double bed side posts has damage on one side of it. Then at the end of everything they didn’t even bring the dresser mirror. I am very frustrated with the kind of care this company is taking with peoples purchases and I wish I would have read these reviews prior to buying from these guys. I spoke to 3 different people at the Customer support centre and each time I was being given a different story. To top everything off they had the balls to over me $100 gift card to keep the damage dresser they way it is. I really accepted better and professional customer service from such a big company. VERY DISAPOINTED AND WOULD RECOMMENED EVERYONE TO SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. I am still waiting to hear back from Ashley regarding when my missing items will be delivered and the earliest date given to me for a technician to come by to check the dresser damage is another 6 days away. What a horrible experience , 3 out of the 4 items I purchased are damaged or missing items.

    Had the most irritating experience today. My partner and I wanted to purchase a bedroom set. We were greeted at the front door and told the sales person, Mohan, we just wanted to browse and we would find him when we made a decision. Instead of giving us space he intruded nearly every minute and wouldn’t stay more than a few feet away at any given time. There were a few pieces we were interested in but we ended up leaving without buying because it was so intrusive and uncomfortable. This is exactly why I prefer to make these purchases online. Never coming back.

    I hadn't been shopping for furniture for a few years so I just wanted to take my time and look around. Once approached by a sales rep I felt I was being pressured into making a decision, opening an invoice, putting 10% down, etc. As much as I liked the furniture and the pricing, I needed time to think about it without feeling committed. I continued looking at other furniture stores but knew I was going to buy from Ashley's. Went back the next day to make my purchase and the rep was very helpful but now trying to get me to finance my purchase (which I had no plans of doing). Would I shop here again? Definitely !!! Just don't rush me into making a decision! Thanks for the experience and all in all the service was great and I look forward to my speedy delivery.
