  Giving 2 stars only because sales staff is friendly and polite. their checkout counter staff are a joke they don't know anything and keep asking others what to do and hand you over wrong invoices and when you go back with billing issues they tell you where are the other invoices but they are ones who gave us those invoices in first place. long story short don't put a deposit or make sure they give you proper invoices because they didn't have a record of record of the $100 deposit we put in. their customer service sits in a tine office where only 2 people can stand in line and lady at customer service did not hesitate to tell me i was wrong or didn't put any deposit. calling my credit card company for a charge back!

  Was told delivery was on Friday, never showed up and told me delivery was going to be the following Wednesday.. They had the wrong phone number on file and my address didn't show up in their system.. Unorganized people don't know what's happening in their own store, sales associate slide in a 100$ warranty I didn't want from the beginning and didn't think I would notice

  PLEASE IM BEGGING YOU !!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS LEONS. THEY SOLD ME A FAULTY TV AND WONT TAKE IT BACK UNLESS I PAY A "RESTOCKING FEE". PLEASE GO ANY OTHER STORE BUT PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM MANAGER DAN AND THE WHOLE COMMISION BASED GREEDY SALES PEOPLE AT THIS STORE. YOU"VE BEEN WARNED.

  KASHORE WAS GREAT TO DEAL WITH BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WAS RUDE AND NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION EVERY AGAIN. FELT LIKE LIKE I WAS DEALING WITH SOMEONE ON KIJIJI.

  Bought a bedroom chest. Drawer broke within a couple months! Spent a lot of money for the set. They told me that the part would be 4 weeks.. now they're telling 8-12 weeks.. was a frequent buyer but not anymore!
