  I wanted to purchase a painting that was hung on the wall with price tag on it. The employee says she cannot sell it due to it being a last item on shelf?? Ok, so I asked to speak with whoever is in charge and Brian Freeman advised me that he will not sell it I just need to order one that may take up to a week to get. I attempted to ask nicely few more times telling him i need it today and he told me "Too bad.. shrugging his shoulders." The store employee attempts to look up quantity at their warehouse and it says 0 I asked her if any possible chance I could buy it fully and bring it back once the order comes in which she did not know when that would be. She told me no because she does not know if I would bring it back... I attempted to call back and and ask to speak with whoever is above Brian Freeman and he advised me that he was the top boss nobody above him.

  The staff at this location are amazing and very helpful! I literally bought everything from here, our sectional, zodiac and my bed with side tables. The quality is great, looks sharp and very affordable. I recommend this store to everyone.

  I called the trinity common location for 20 minutes straight, and NOBODY picked up. I ended up calling the Heartland Location, and sure enough someone there was able to pull up my order to tell me my painting order wasn't arriving until tomorrow evening (over a week after placing the order). Highly unprofessional when I've been in that location multiple times, and there is no way they were so busy that they could not answer the phone. I've now wasted money on a van to make sure I could take the painting home, as communication was an issue as well, and it wasn't until I got a hold of a completely DIFFERENT location to find out specifics!. Never again will I order from this location, and if it wasn't for that kind woman at Heartland who graciously helped me I probably wouldn't go back tp Structube period.

  I bought this dining table and 4 chairs and I could not be happier. I use them in my studio space. I'm always being told how warm and inviting the space is when everyone visits (part of why is the cute furniture). The table is sturdy and was so reasonably priced. The chairs are comfortable and high quality.

  Stay clear from this store at all cost!! Go somewhere else where they care about their customers!
