  Prices on par with other stations in the area, the car wash is touch less and the cycle time is about the same as the great lakes location.

  This Shell gas station is comparative with other gas station and better service with price. At the present for me they are giving 5 cents less whenever I fill my gas at this station.(Bovaird and Great lake)

  Terrible location, and terrible company overall. I went for a car wash last week in my brand new Camaro. The car wash malfunctioned on my first go around by trapping me in the wash garage and not washing my vehicle at all. When I was offered a re-wash, I accepted. During this re-wash I kept feeling my vehicle being bumped and feeling the “touchless” machinery shake and move abruptly in ways I have never felt a car wash move before. After coming out of the car wash, I figured my car was not cleaned properly so I got out and inspected my car. This is when I found many scratches that I WITHOUT A DOUBT DID NOT HAVE BEFORE! The car also had not been cleaned very well either. I documented these scratches and the uncleanliness in the parking lot the minute after with pictures and alerted the attendants inside. I was asked to fill out the “Shell Canada Claim” Form and the employee also took pictures. I received a call from the adjustor a couple of days later who had no pictures to reference as the location didn’t send them. I sent them to the adjustor and after a VERY brief “investigation” I was told that they are not liable. Very, very poor and disappointing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE AVOIDS THIS LOCATION AND SHELL CANADA IN GENERAL!!!

  Convenient location with car wash facility. There's also a Tim Horton outlet in the the gas station, that's a bonus.

  Worst car wash ever. Peel of the clear coat from back bumper of my car. When went to sales associate she put the complaint to their insurance but after a week insurance company declined this is not happened in the car wash it happened because of bumper was repainted but it never repainted. Never going to this location again.
