  What a horrible experience. We had to stay in Brampton because of the poor weather due to snow. The motel had no smoking signs everywhere but our room smelt like 100 cigarettes were just smoked in there. The desk, the floor and the bathroom is covered in burn marks!?! There was no bathtub and when the shower was used it just drained in to the centre of the bathroom which had a drain! All night long people were coming and going from room to room and there was a lot of noise into the late hours of the night. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

  Sure, the place is clean and comfortable. But if safety security is important to you I might advise looking somewhere else that honestly cares. If it's not an issue for you then this place should work out well for you.

  I saw the other reviews and was really nervous to stay there, but they are the only ones who took pets. I was actually pleasantly surprised. Yes, the rooms are small, but ours was clean, including the bathroom, sheets and comforter. The bed was not bad at all, not a lump to be found. I don't know if it was just luck, but our room was good and our over experience was good.

  Service was poor. I had problems with the vending machine which ate my money and front desk couldn't help. Along with no Wi-Fi code given and lights that flicker on. The room was clean, and location was nice. I'd come back again but I hope the service could be better and more friendly .

  Room is clean and comfortable. No complaints there. However there is a strong smell of cigarette and weed in the hallways even though all the rooms have CLEARLY displayed no smoking signs. LOTS of guests smoking in their rooms and front desk doesn't seem to care. I'm a smoker and I go outside and I HATE the smell of smokers smoking indoors. Elevator has been down for 2 days now and only 2 stairwells in building at opposing ends so not too convenient to get back and forth from rooms. Outside door locks frozen on a few occasions leaving all guests to trudge all the way around the building from the parking lot to the front doors to be able to get inside. Staff seems to ignore negative behavior of guests...had to call 911 at 1AM on Jan 29 due to someone trying to break his way into a room to assault a woman inside. Called the front desk 4 separate times while this was going on and NO ONE ever picked up. The police actually asked ME why the front desk wasn't answering or why they hadn't noticed someone was trying to assault a guest. Security cameras seem to work but no one actually LOOKS at them and as per the Police comments they aren't recording the cameras either...so pretty pointless security in place. I was EXTREMELY displeased with this. Sent email to head office to complain and was given standard reponse of "we're sorry to hear about this and we take our guests safety very seriously but we aren't going to do anything about this so you have to talk to the front desk at the hotel". Spoke to the front desk and shockingly they had NO IDEA that anything had happened and flatly denied the police were ever there...even though I personally called 911 and watched 4 officers bash down the door and fight with the guy. My 13 year old daughter was terrified she was going to be murdered and refused to ever go back.

  It was not very good. The smell of cigarette smoke was everywhere. We noticed as we entered and the receptionist put it for people smoking outside. But the law says no one may smoke withing a specific area of the hotel. The room was also smelling of smoke so much so that we complained to the night manager who promised to check. The blanket was not adequate to keep me warm. Other than that, the room and bathroom were OK. There was no information re. wifi. We booked for seven days but checked-out after a night. There was too much noise from other rooms on the floor.
