  i love everything about five guys. the food, the service, the brand, etc. i used to work here, not at this location but at the bramalea location and i do know how particular and important customer service, quality & cleanliness is and do not doubt that they flawlessly keep it up! love love love!

  Always good. Made when ordered so its not sitting in a tray then warmed like most places. Fresh toppings, definitely in the top 5 of all burger places

  Music choice always the best, great place to sit in, relax and enjoy one of the best burgers in the business, as long as you get their well seasoned Cajun fries to go with it.

  The burgers here aren't bad, just a tad on the expensive side. As a warning though, don't go here if you have a peanut allergy.

  The burger itself was on point, BUT this one particular staff member, rude, arrogant, full of herself little idiot. If you don't want to be there GO HOME. So many other people will appreciate the opportunity. She wore a grey shirt and she might have a higher "authority" then the other staff, cause it looks like they are intimated by her presence. I only asked for BBQ sause and she made it seem like she's doing me a favor, rolled her eyes, she didn't initiate any conversation with me but her demeanor showed I bothered her some how. She gave it to me with an attitude and yelled out your welcome! With a attitude like that were you expecting a thank you?
