  Worst A&W location I’ve ever been to! No offer of receipt, not preparing the meal as asked. Just because someone orders a lettuce wrap, doesn’t mean the want nothing else on the burger or soggy lettuce. If you wouldn’t eat it, maybe you shouldn’t serve it!

  Horrible customer service. I asked for a promotional burger which just started today. The server didn't know it existed, she said kept muttering something nonsensical which I couldn't make out, something about her prices being cheaper lol and she helps the next customer in line... After that, I showed the promotion from my phone from the official a&w website . Now another worker gets some giant promotional sign from the back and started reading it (it would make sense to know what promos your offering before they come out) at this point another she argues they can't give me cheese, even though the description on the website says cheese, and the photo on your promo poster shows cheese. It's now been ~12 minutes I've been standing here to order in my lunch break. Get your act together.

  Very bad customer service. The lady on the counter was extremely rude and insulted me in front of other customers. They were not wearing any name tags and when I asked for her name she started fighting with me and wouldn't give her name. The receipt says Cashier: Joy. I wouldn't recommend going there. Its not worth it. It is humiliated to be treated like this in front of all the customers. I don't think this locations cares about customers at all. Never returning.
