  Although I don't remember her name, our server was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and attentive. Our food arrived fast, and tasted average-good. Only issue was even though it arrived at our table fast, I found it to to be a little cold.

  This was my first time requesting delivery with this restaurant and it turned out to be great! The food was good! The delivery was FAST! The driver was so nice…now that’s what I call EXCELLENT customer service. Too bad I didn’t get his name but I did give him a generous tip. Though pricey, what I ordered for my mother and I was good!!! I stay away from their chicken as I find it quite wet, slimy and oily but that’s just me. Their ribs, I’m not a fan of either as I find that they don’t cook them well done (my preference).

  This has always been the hands down best Swiss chalet in Southern Ontario and as hockey parents we go to a lot of them. Clean dining room fast friendly service, never a moment wasted. We have yet to find another that comes close.

  Delivery beware! Driver became aggressive at the door when we realized we had accidentally given an extremely high tip. When we called him back to fix the error, he became aggressive, loud and threatening, saying it was our fault and he had chicken to deliver. He said we could have just as easily called the store later to fix the error. Due to the cold he was inside our entranceway, began yelling and was asked several times to lower his voice and leave the house as we have small children who were getting scared. After several attempts to get him out of the house, he turned to my wife and myself just glaring and standing in the doorway defying our request to leave. After my wife screamed for him to leave, he slowly left and reluctantly turned back to glare at us. I slammed the door and locked it immediately as I was afraid for my family's safety. Beware of ordering from this store! When we called to complain, the store manager excused his behavior by saying the driver was having a rough day. Beware beware beware.
