  If I could give no stars, I would. Every single time I walk in there, I leave disappointed. Not a single soul who knows what they should be doing in retail or posses common decency.

  Love the Spring store itself, however, WORST customer service at the Bramalea City Centre location. Specifically, the girls working there have zero customer service tolerance and are extremely unprofessional! Beware.

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER At the Bramalea city centre Location As i walked in no one greet me i saw a pair of boots i liked and went to the cash to ask if i could try the boots in my size but she was busy already helping a customer totally understandable but the other employee that looked like a walking dead zombie was wondering around doing nothing the cashier had to ask her to help me out and get my boots.. she blurred something to the cashier and sloth her way to the back and i waited for 15 minutes and she never came out.. I left very dissapointed and upset.. i ask to head office of spring shoes please keep an eye on your employees they are not doing there job which is to serve and help the customer without us you make no money! Hire new employees at this location it’s a must! otherwise the store will remain empty like it was today.

  It's been a full week since I reported the issue and neither one of the 2 people from this location has tried to contact me. The district manager from the other location got back to me in a day, so it's obvious Bramalea has no idea what they're doing and is not up to standard. Everyone from top to bottom is incompetent and has no regard for their customers. Won't be coming back here anytime soon if they don't even understand their own return policy and company standards.

  Staff doesn't seem to know what they're doing. Bought I pair of shoes at a different location on a Friday and went to return them here on Monday. The man at the register told me he wasn't taking them because they'd been worn. ?? I bought them 2 days ago and only wore them in-store to try them on. He packs up the shoes and shoves the box at me and continues to insist that I wore them and refuses to give me a refund. I called head office in the store right in front of him and as I'm explaining the situation he's sitting behind the cash and talking about me to the the other employee in the store. Anyway, head office says they will email the district manager of the store and have him contact me within 2 days.

  On Saturday I call again because i still haven't heard anything from this location. Customer service says it can take up to 3 days and to wait until Monday, even though I've been waiting more than 5 days to hear from them. It is now Tuesday, I did return the shoes at the other location and the manager there said it was obvious the shoes weren't worn and any wear on them was from people trying it on in-store. There's no way the shoes could have been worn if the heel was still perfect and it shouldn't have been such a hassle.

  I don't know how much stars do I rate. There should be two ratings, one for Store Product Quality, and other Customer Service. I would rate 5 star if I give to Store Product Quality, but 1 Star for Customer Service. I'm talking about few months ago when I went to Bramalea City Centre Call It Spring to return 1 shoe bought online. I kept one and was returning second pair. They really have good looking female store reps, but their attitude and mumbling with each other, talking about other customers how bad they were, in front of other customers, was something I didn't like.

  On Thursday I still hadn't gotten a call so I called again and they sent a second email, as well as one to his supervisor to contact me ASAP. So I now have 2 people from this store with messages to call me. I also asked them to email the district manager of the store I actually bought the shoes from. That manager got back to me the next day, apologized and said if im able to get back to that city they will process the return.
