  NEVER going to purchase anything from them again. TERRIBLE online experience and customer service. Purchased a pair of vapormaxes during a promo. Two days. No shipment confirmation sent. Reached out to Exclucity a day later through Facebook. No response. Called all the locations in the GTA. No Response. I even drove to this location to ask them in person, and even called the store while I was in it, and nobody picked up the phone, and they just let it ring!

  I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING THEIR AGAIN. There are tons of great online retailers and stores that provide better customer service, I will take my business their.

  I also sent an email and still no one returned my call or email. They have no intentions of taking care of their customers. Super disappointed.

  I had one of the worse shopping experiences of my life. I ordered a pair of Nike's off their website recently. I placed my order, it was confirmed and I went back to the site to make sure my size was sold out (it was the last size 11) so their would be no chance of a "over sold stock" situation.....4 days later I get an email saying my order was canceled due to over selling of stock. I contacted customer service via phone twice, left a message and no one returned my call.

  If you're looking to buy sneakers, stick to the more established Toronto sneaker boutiques like Livestock and/or Havenshop. Obviously Exclucity doesn't have the manpower to handle orders in an efficient manner and to devote itself to average customer service.

  My expierenve at this store was horrendous. The lady with the small blonde hair with glasses is very rude and racist. When asked the price of the shoes she angrily replies "oh my god you don't know the price." Then when I realized it was out of my price and wasn't going to purchase it she says "you people always do this." And then said "bye you can leave now." I have filed a complaint against her and I'm proceeding with more.

  Two days later, I get the email below saying my order was cancelled because they did not have the pair in stock. No "sorry for the inconvenience" or "Sorry for wasting your time". Of course! Exclucity finally responds on facebook, only AFTER I get an email saying my order was already cancelled. They tell me their "system allows them to oversell products". What???
