    Worst experience of my life. Don't waste your time or money unless you want really bad/lazy customer service. Do yourself a favour and get your shoes elsewhere or on-line. And don't think speaking to the "manager" is going to appease the situation....incorrect!!! You will only be spoken to with no respect and smartass comments. Unfortunate that the quality of merchandise is not met with the same quality in service.

    If I could give a 0 star, I would. What's the point of having a phone and phone number if you guys are not going to answer. The funny thing is, I've been to your store and you're hardly busy so there's no excuse. Plus there's, more than 1 of you guys working there. Why not take the time to answer the phone??

    Like shopping here for comfortabe foot wear, prices are good and the staff and quite friendly.
